Your privacy is built in
Only your general area is shown
TeenEarn displays only a broad service area — never your address, school name, or precise location.
Your age stays private
Your exact age is stored only to verify eligibility. It is never shown on your profile or shared with customers.
Parents are part of the process
Approval before going live
Every teen profile must be reviewed and approved by a parent or guardian before it becomes visible to customers. No profile is live without that step.
Parents stay informed
Parents can monitor their teen's profile, review incoming job requests, and stay up to date with their TeenEarn activity at any time.
Parents are connected to their teen's account through a secure invitation sent by the teen. TeenEarn does not allow parents to search for or link to an account without the teen's consent.
What customers need to know
Browse freely, no account needed
Customers can explore all profiles and services without creating an account. An account is only required to send a job request.
Adult accounts only
Customer accounts are for adults only. TeenEarn does not allow anyone under 18 to create a customer account.
No identity verification
Customer profile photos are self-provided and are not verified. TeenEarn does not guarantee the identity of any user. Always use good judgment.
What services are allowed
TeenEarn is designed for outdoor and community-friendly work. The following are not permitted on the platform:
- Not allowed: Unsupervised access to the inside of a customer’s home
- Not allowed: Handling money, valuables, or financial accounts
- Not allowed: Services that put a teen alone with an unknown adult in a private setting
- Not allowed: Any service not appropriate for a minor under local law
TeenEarn reviews all service posts and reserves the right to remove any post that does not meet these guidelines.
Trust your instincts
If a job request makes you uncomfortable, you are never required to accept it. Your safety comes before any job.
Use the flag icon on any post or profile to report something that feels wrong. TeenEarn reviews every report.
