• Teens who create a TeenEarn profile
• Parents and guardians who approve and monitor a teen's account
• Customers who browse or use TeenEarn to find local services

Information from Teens

We may collect:

• First name and chosen display name
• Date of birth or age (used only to verify eligibility and never displayed publicly)
• General service area (such as a city or neighbourhood, never a precise address)
• Biography, service descriptions, and portfolio content
• Service pricing and availability
• Parent or guardian email address (used solely to request approval)
• A temporary uploaded photo used to generate a cartoon avatar

We also collect customer reviews submitted after completed jobs.

Information from Parents or Guardians

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Approval status and approval date

Information from Customers

• Email address
• Account credentials
• A self-uploaded profile photo
• A short profile description
• Job requests submitted to teens
• Reviews submitted after completed jobs

Customer profile photos are only visible within private job request summaries shared with the relevant teen and their parent or guardian.

Information Collected Automatically

• Browser and device information
• Pages visited
• Time spent using the platform
• IP address (used only for security and fraud prevention)
• Cookie and analytics information (see Section 9)

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Connect teens with local customers
• Send parent approval invitations and notifications
• Display public teen profiles, services, and reviews
• Process job requests and customer reviews
• Protect users and maintain platform safety
• Respond to support requests and reports
• Improve, maintain, and secure TeenEarn

We do not:

• Sell personal information
• Rent or trade personal information
• Use personal information for targeted advertising
• Make automated decisions that significantly affect users without appropriate human review

We only share personal information when necessary to operate TeenEarn.

We never sell personal information to advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.

TeenEarn is designed with young users in mind. To protect minors:

• Parent or guardian approval is required before any teen profile becomes publicly visible.
• Real profile photos are never displayed publicly. Only AI-generated cartoon avatars are shown.
• Exact addresses, school names, and precise locations are never displayed.
• Age is used only for eligibility verification and is never shown publicly.
• Teens manage their own profiles. Parents may monitor activity but cannot edit profile content on the teen's behalf.
• TeenEarn does not knowingly allow users below the minimum eligible age. If we discover such an account, it will be removed promptly.

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Review the information we hold about their teen
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Request deletion of the teen's account and associated personal data
• Withdraw approval at any time

If approval is withdrawn, the teen's public profile will be unpublished immediately.

Subject to applicable law, users have the right to:

• Delete their account and associated data
